Information about the student home

We stand for transparency – even with our prices! In our all-in rent everything is included: heating, water, electricity, internet, TV connection and regular room cleaning. Of course, you can also use all of our leisure activities such as fitness or spa rooms for free. The only exception is the launderette.

Equipment

Our one- or two-bedroom apartments are fully furnished in a cozy and modern style and have each an integrated kitchen and bathroom.

The small kitchen is either found in the room or the adjacent anteroom in two-room apartment. The bathroom with shower and toilet are for own use or with your roommate only.

Our rooms are fully furnished yet offer enough space to customize it to your needs. We provide:

Our student home Simmering is located in a quiet side street. Metro, tram and bus only 2min walking distance away. All major universities (University of Vienna, WU, TU) are only 15 to 20 minutes away. The metro brings you within 10 minutes right into the heart of Vienna’s much loved Stephansplatz.

How do you like STUWO Simmering?

Tatjana from Serbia: ‘I am very satisfied to live here because my apartment overlooks the garden, which belongs to the dorm. In summer, you can make BBQ, as well as play table tennis. The students are mostly very nice and friendly. The stuff is very friendly, and the student home is very clean, too.’
